一、感光變色原理Principle of photosensitive discoloration：

二、塑料射出及押出之應用The application of plastic injection and extruding：
可適用于各種塑料之加工，如PP、PE、PVC、PU、PS、ABS、TPR、EVA、Nylon、Acrylic等,?建議塑(su)料(liao)之(zhi)熔融指(zhi)數（MI值）大于(yu)10，彎曲彈(dan)性系(xi)小于(yu)13000。?加工時應先用白蠟油將塑(su)膠料(liao)潤(run)濕。
（提前準備事項白蠟油選用量盡量不要超出塑膠制品材料料的2％），然后呢再將掉色粉?加入到到塑膠制品材料料后面混和均勻，混和時要提前準備事項增溶性，增溶不好需加入到攝入足夠含量增溶劑。可與有差異 色粉混選用，混搭出大量樣的色彩影響。需承擔量防止出現在250℃超過之生產工藝展開制作
。光感應的光疲累性會產生，由UV光神經太過緊繃爆曬、酸、自在基（單態氧原子團）和相對濕度帶來，通常情況可以不必長時曝曬。

三、產品使用注意事項Products use matters needing attention：
應杜絕與太陽光的紫外線光釋放劑時利用、對正負之比較敏感性強，加上其他的之加上劑或利用其他的之板材，均可能會引致色偏。

感光變色粉耐溫度最高為220度，160-180度為宜
感光變色粉的注塑比例為5‰-8‰
感光變色粉適用的材質：PP/PVC/ABS/EVA/硅膠等
注塑用料：透明、半透明白料效果比較好，注塑不可用白料，否則顏色會很淡。
注塑有顆粒的解決辦法：1、分散不開應攪拌均勻 2、加分散劑
