一、感光變色原理Principle of photosensitive discoloration：
光線傳感器顏色發生變化明顯車輛，經一縷日光/紫外光光線直接光照后，吸附一縷日光/紫外光光線的勢能面生成顏色發生變化，當失去了一縷日光/紫外光光線直接光照時，即返回到原來的顏色。

二、塑料射出及押出之應用The application of plastic injection and extruding：
可適用于各種塑料之加工，如PP、PE、PVC、PU、PS、ABS、TPR、EVA、Nylon、Acrylic等,?建議塑料(liao)之熔融指數（MI值）大于(yu)10，彎曲彈性(xing)系(xi)小于(yu)13000。?加工時應先(xian)用白蠟油將塑膠料(liao)潤濕。
（小心白蠟油申請加入量最好不要低于塑膠料的2％），隨后再將變白粉?申請加入到塑膠料里頭打料，打料時要小心減少性，減少劣質可申請加入合適量減少劑。可與不相同色粉相溶動用，混搭出更加樣的冷暖色調變化。盡義務量不要在250℃以上的之制造通過代加工
。光感的光疲乏無力性會產生，由UV光過渡爆曬、酸、放任基（單態氧共價鍵）和室內溫度引致，一樣 意見與建議千萬不要過久間隔暴曬后。

三、產品使用注意事項Products use matters needing attention：
應防范與太陽光的紫外線光吸收的作用劑同樣采用、對旋光性之脆弱性好，填加有所不一樣的之填加劑或采用有所不一樣的之材料的特性，均可能會產生差色。
Should avoid used in conjunction with ultraviolet absorbent, high sensitivity to the polarity, adding different additives or use different base material, may be the cause of color difference.

感光變色粉耐溫度最高為220度，160-180度為宜
感光變色粉的注塑比例為5‰-8‰
感光變色粉適用的材質：PP/PVC/ABS/EVA/硅膠等
注塑用料：透明、半透明白料效果比較好，注塑不可用白料，否則顏色會很淡。
注塑有顆粒的解決辦法：1、分散不開應攪拌均勻 2、加分散劑
